Service Steps and Procedures
1. The citizen submits a request to transfer ownership of a building license.
Verification of proof data is conducted via integration with the Ministry of Interior?s services.
Verification of entered deeds is performed through Notary Public services.
The citizen enters the required information, specifies the geographic location, and uploads required documents 2. The system sends an SMS to the citizen with the request number. 3. The request is received automatically by the municipality. 4. If there are notes or missing documents, the citizen is notified and uploads corrections via the e-portal. 5. A municipal inspector visits the site and prepares a technical report if needed. 6. The license is issued, reviewed, and approved by the Licenses Department Head, Municipal Planning Deputy, and Mayor.
