1. The beneficiary submits a request via the portal. 2. Receive the request, review documents, and issue a payment invoice. 3. Pay the fee invoice. 4. Review and approve the building completion certificate. 5. Notify the beneficiary of issuance; the certificate can be printed via the portal.
