Riyadh Municipality has reduced the duration of building permit request procedures from three weeks to just 180 seconds, reflecting its commitment to enhancing digital services and improving user experience. This milestone was achieved through the “My City” (Madinti) app, which enables users to complete procedures efficiently and seamlessly in line with the latest systems and standards. The service applies to properties that have been issued approved building regulations based on established requirements.

The service allows property owners with approved building regulations to obtain the necessary approvals easily and in compliance with official standards, thereby supporting the construction and urban development sector and improving the real estate investment climate in the city.

This step highlights the Municipality’s focus on accelerating service delivery, enhancing operational efficiency, and leveraging modern technology to elevate the quality of municipal services—in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030’s goals of developing digital solutions and improving public services for a thriving and prosperous Riyadh.
