Air Quality Violations Reporting Service

This service allows citizens and residents of Riyadh to report any environmental damage or violations that affect air quality, such as waste burning, factory emissions, and heavy vehicle exhaust, among others. Users can easily submit their reports through the "My City" app (Report 940), which contributes to improving environmental quality and protecting public health.

How the Service Works:

1- Download the "My City" App: The app is available for download on:

2- Login:

• Users register via their phone number or through the "Nafath" service.

3- Select Report 940:

• Users select Report 940, then choose "New Report" and can attach documents if desired.

4- Choose the Report Type:

• Users choose from the following types of reports: (Environmental Health, Cleanliness, Parks).

5- Enter Additional Details:

• Users enter additional details about the report or specify the location.

6- Submit the Report and Track:

• After submission, users receive a tracking number to monitor the status of the report.

• Notifications are sent to users about the progress of the processing by relevant authorities.

7- Interaction and Evaluation:

• Users can view the actions taken regarding their report.

The app allows users to evaluate the response of the concerned authorities to improve service quality.
